My brother mailed it to me (from IL to OH)and I transplanted them into a slightly larger pot. It bloomed about 5 months later...3 flower pods. A year later (Nov. 2019) and after another transplant, I saw 6 blooms, and a couple of the flowers were opened at the same time. When the heat comes it disappears until the next spring. This year I happened to notice blooms! Wish I could attach the pics. I have yet to see the same foliage. What excites me the most is this plant and subsequent plants are offsprings of my Dad's plant. He passed away 24 years ago. My Mom took over its care beautifully.
