Apparently a more comfortable position than it looks, 'cause she's willing to sit like that for a good ten, fifteen minutes at a time, if we're moving at a more or less constant speed and not making too many turns.
One of the pluses of pet ownership that doesn't get mentioned enough is their capacity for acting goofy.
Very funny indeed. I've got plenty of pictures of my dog resting or sleeping at what would seem to be physiologically impossible, let alone comfortable, positions.
ReplyDeleteThat pic is frellin hilarious!
ReplyDeleteCats are good for "impossible" positions as well. Sometimes my back hurts just looking at how they're lying.
That's really funny. Don't you wonder if our pets are consciously doing things they know are goofy? Or if they don't recognize the concept of goofiness, do they consciously do things they know will elicit a happy (laughing) reaction from their human(s)? I'm convinced that mine have a true sense of humor.

ReplyDeleteHow's Nina doing these days?

ReplyDeleteSame as ever, I guess. I can't figure out what she's eating -- I mean, we put crickets in for her, but the Pellionia has made such a thicket in there that I can't imagine how she hunts them. Nor, for that matter, do I hear her moving around much. I guess she waits for the crickets to come to her?
She's a real cute goofball!
ReplyDeletehow cute! dogs are so funny and adorable! hi to Nina from Doozey!
