This improves on last year's A. sesquipedale photo by having been taken inside the enclosure, as opposed to being taken from six feet away.
That still doesn't make it impressive-looking. But we're getting closer. Literally.

I've never grown it, but I really like this one. I think it must have to do with the natural history of the plant and its pollinator, because I typically don't like the growth form of monopodial orchids that much; I'm more of a pseudobulb kind of guy, I guess.
So cool. I also like the white Paphiopedilum photobombing it in the background.
