Pretty picture: Dendrobium 'Hollywood'

We got several of these in a couple months ago, with no indication of what the blooms would look like. I think we got lucky.

While I'm here, and slightly on-topic: do any PATSP readers happen to know anything on the whereabouts of flowergardengirl or the guy who was writing The Orchid Chronicles? Flowergardengirl is especially distressing, as the last thing I remember seeing from her was an announcement that she was going to quit the big box store: can big box stores delete blogs now? 'Cause if so that seems really unfair.

Anyway. Let me know if you have any knowledge of the situation or any e-mail addresses or something. I'd like to know if either of them will ever be back.

Flowergardengirl is alive and well. :) She had an unfortunate incident happen at her new house and she's currently setting up a new blog, I believe. You can go to her "Plot" and there's a message of explanation there. :)

Your Dendrobium blooms are beautiful!

How could a store have anything to do with deleting a weblog?

Well, they can't (as far as I know), not directly. Though there are plenty of instances of employers finding out about an employee's blog and pressuring them to take it down, change the content, etc., sometimes threatening termination. The best example I'm aware of is here, but there have been others.
